We provide mentorship opportunities, connecting these women with experienced professionals and leaders who can guide and inspire them to excel. Additionally, our Women in Africa mentorship circle program leverages the power of community, allowing women to connect and support each other as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.
Our year-long mentorship program is flexible in terms of location and schedule. Mentors and mentees can choose to meet in person, online, or on a hybrid schedule, depending on their preferences and location.
Women in Africa Mentorship Program by Kuva Africa is designed to help young women in achieving their professional goals by providing a platform for them to network, learn, share experiences, and provide mutual support. The program provides access to mentors and tools to assist participants in growing/building their careers or businesses, receiving one-on-one coaching and guidance on their personal goals and aspirations.
African women ages 18 to 45 – Undergraduates, Fresh graduates, Young professionals, Greenhorns, Midlevel or Senior management and Entrepreneurs who are ready and desirous of making a career and business break into the tech space.
Women in Africa or other parts of the world who identify as Black or African with 10+ years of working experience and skills in the technology industry or as entrepreneurs with a passion for mentoring and championing young innovators on their professional and personal development journeys.
